Bo Mathiesen
General manager
Bo Mathiesen is the founder and owner of InInova. He combines deep biological insight with many years of practical experience in insect and aquaculture production. His vision is driven by a strong belief that the future of food production must bridge biological sustainability and economic viability.
Bo has particular expertise in insect protein which he considers to be one of the most promising protein sources in terms of both nutritional quality and production efficiency. He has a strong interest in environmental management, viewing insect production as a central technological solution within a sustainable food strategy.
Jan H. Mikkelsen
Business Developer
Jan holds a Ph.D. in RF circuits and systems and brings over 20 years of experience in research, development, and project management, specializing in wireless systems design, RF and microwave technologies, and satellite communications. Jan has worked in both academic and industrial settings, and has led numerous national and international research projects.
He is a certified project manager with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and technical strategy.
Mads Hansen
Sales and Marketing
Mads combines a background in graphic design with web programming experience to provide InInova with visual expression and is responsible for the ongoing development of the website, packaging and other graphic material.
Mads and Bo have enjoyed a long-standing professional relationship, having collaborated on varied projects for well over a decade.
Jeppe Krusell

Jeppe is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance and International Business, Jeppe has built a broad understanding of finance, management, and strategic decision-making. His experience from student roles and volunteer work has strengthened his skills in communication, coordination, data analysis, and academic support, providing a robust basis for contributing to business development and organizational performance.
He is technically proficient, quick to adapt to new systems, and approaches tasks with structure, commitment, and a strong drive to achieve goals and support team success.
